From June 14 to 16, the 4th Spartakiad of the Republic of Kazakhstan in athletics is being held in Almaty. Based on the results of the first two days, our national team of the East Kazakhstan Region holds the 2nd place. On the very first day, our girls took 3 gold medals in the long jump, shot put, and pole vault. On the second day of the competition, 5 more gold medals were added to the tally of the EKR national team.
