Askar Omirzak meets the Asian Championship standard — results of the second competition day
On the second day of the competition, the East Kazakhstan Region (VKO) team achieved prize-winning results in several disciplines. Askar Omirzak became the winner of the decathlon — 6451 points and met the qualifying standard for the Asian Championships. The bronze medal in women’s discus throw was brought to the team by Arina Mozylyako with a result of 37.30 m. Also, in the triple jump sector, Assan Azamatuly showed a result of 14.22 m.
