The 2017 World Summer Universiade will be held in Taipei from the nineteenth to the thirtieth of August. It became known that the composition of the national team of Kazakhstan, which will go to the upcoming competitions in August, has already been formed, and was announced on the official website of the Athletics Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Among the twenty-five selected athletes, the list includes four names of athletes from the East Kazakhstan region. The only guy from East Kazakhstan Region who has a ticket to these starts was a family man named Imanmadi Kusmanov, who competes in the 800 m.
Well, as it has already become clear, the other three lucky ones are girls. Ridder 400 m runner Elina Mikhina, Oryngul Zkrienova in the 100 m hurdles, and Kazakhstan’s record holder in the javelin throw Varvara Nazarova will also compete there.
