The conditions of the competition.
– Competitions are held from April 27 to April 30, 2020
– The exercise is filmed on video and the original file, without changes (acceleration, effects, etc.) is sent to the number +7 708 737 61 95, +7 777 579 90 90 ( Whatsapp, Telegram), indicating the Last Name, First name and date of birth.
– Make a post on your Instagram page with the hashtag #We are competing for Home, mark the page @flavko.kz
Participants of the competition
Participation in the competition is allowed:
– Adults born in 2000 and older
– Juniors born in 2001-2002
– Senior boys born in 2003-2004
– Younger boys born in 2005-2006.
– Younger age group born in 2007 and younger
Exercises and rules for their implementation.
Exercise “Caterpillar”
The participant measures one meter with a tape measure and stretches it so that the distance is visible. Indicates the start and finish. The purpose of the exercise is to overcome the distance as quickly as possible by squeezing the toes, without lifting the heels off the floor and without using the inertia of the body, rocking. The exercise is performed only barefoot. An example of the execution in the video.
Exercise “High Chair”
Stand against the wall, press your back, shoulder blades and head against it. Keep your arms outstretched in front of you. Sliding your back against the wall, go down to the angle at the knee joints of 90 degrees. The purpose of the exercise is to stay in a static position for as long as possible without disturbing the starting position (angle of the knee joints, body against the wall). An example of the execution is shown in the photo.
In case of violation of the execution technique, the results are not counted!
Calculation of results, awarding of winners and prize-winners.
The winners and prize-winners will be announced on May 1, 2020.
