🔹 100 m — Individual Run for ages 2–3 (with an accompanying adult)
🔹 500 m — Individual Run for ages 6–9
🔹 1 km — Individual Run for ages 10–15
🔹 4.2 km — Individual Run for ages 15+
🔹 4.2 km — Team / Family Run (2–5 people)
🔹 4.2 km — Nordic Walking
🔹 700 m — Inclusive Run
