🔹 100 m – Individual race, ages 2–3 (with an accompanying adult)
🔹 500 m – Individual race, ages 6–9
🔹 1 km – Individual race, ages 10–15
🔹 4.2 km – Individual race, 15+
🔹 4.2 km – Team / Family race (2–5 people)
🔹 4.2 km – Nordic walking
🔹 700 m – Inclusive start
