On October 9, 2014, the Athletics Center named after Olga Rypakova hosted the East Kazakhstan Region Athletics Championship among young men of the Special Olympics movement. It was attended by young athletes from the cities of Ridder, Zyryanovsk, Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The winners and prize-winners were awarded with diplomas and prizes.
The organizers of the competition: the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of East Kazakhstan Region, the Department of Education of East Kazakhstan region.
