Plus three medals

On January 11, the first stage of the Athletics Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan ended. On the second day of the competition, unfortunately, not all athletes from East Kazakhstan Region managed to get on the list of winners. But, nevertheless, the performances were very spectacular. The only girl who managed to get a medal was Elina Mikhina in the 200 m. By the way, this is the second award in a row during these competitions. Recall that yesterday the Ridder runner became the leader in the 400 m distance, ahead of Svetlana Golendova from Zhambyl region and Adelina Akhmetova from Karaganda. Today, everything has changed dramatically. In the preliminary race, Elina continued to maintain the status of the winner on the track, but in the final, she still lost her place to Golendova. Our athlete’s preliminary race turned out with a decent margin of 0.28 s (24.49 s), in the evening program Mikhina improved her result by 0.02 s (24.47 s), but unfortunately this was not enough to win the gold. As a result, the East Kazakhstan runner became the second, and Lyubov Ushakova from the Karaganda region finished after her. The “battle” in the men’s 800 m race turned out to be interesting. Duman Gabdygaliyev from Karaganda and Evgeny Arkhipov from East Kazakhstan Region became the clear leaders, because judging by the time, it was decided until the last hundredths of seconds who would still climb to the first step of the podium. Closer to the finish, the Karaganda athlete still managed to get ahead and leave our athlete behind. But who knows what awaits us in the next stages of the Kazakhstan Cup. Vitaly Licenberger managed to take one of the first three lines of the final protocol in the 60 m hurdles. Things are no less interesting here than Arkhipov’s. In the preliminary race, the men finished in the order of Zems (8.10 s) – Licenberger (8.35) – Sablin (8.47). In the final, the list of winners did not change, but only the Karaganda runner Vyacheslav Zems could hold on. Vitaly and Artyom switched places. Not only did Sablin win back the second place from our athlete, he did it with the same time that allowed Lentenberger to claim silver in the preliminary stage. With a small but catchy result of 8.36 seconds, Vitaly lost only 0.01 seconds to an athlete from South Kazakhstan region. The second stage of the Indoor Athletics Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be held on February 16-17. Results. Women. Running 200 m: 1. Svetlana Golendova (ZHBL) – 23.87 s 2. Elina Mikhina (East Kazakhstan Region) – 24.47 s 3. Lyubov Ushakova (KRG) – 25.54 s Men. Running 800 m: 1. Duman Gabdygaliev (KRG) – 1:53.3 2. Evgeny Arkhipov (East Kazakhstan Region) – 1:53.7 3. Damir Akhmetov (KRG) – 1:54.3 Running 60 m s/b: 1. Vyacheslav Zems (KRG) – 7.99 s 2. Artyom Sablin (South Kazakhstan Region) – 8.35 s 3. Vitaly Licenberger (East Kazakhstan Region) – 8.36 s Inna Semenyak Bagdarlama: https://flavko.kz/

Alexander Lushchaev: “For the fact that an athlete takes illegal drugs, first of all, he is responsible for himself!”

January 12 at the athletics center named after Olga Rypakova held a seminar on “Changes in anti-doping legislation. What can replace doping?” Not only representatives of athletics, but also other sports gathered to listen to this useful course Alexander Yuryevich Lushchaev, director of the sports and recreation dispensary of the East Kazakhstan region, a doctor of the highest category, master of sports in orienteering, came to share his medical knowledge with the athletes. – Alexander Yuryevich, how relevant do you think the topic of anti-doping is now? – This topic will always be relevant. The World Anti-Doping Agency takes forms that apply to various federations and the IOC. We need to be aware of everything, and take all the provisions and requirements that are provided to us very seriously. Today it is a necessity. – What anti-doping measures are currently being taken in Kazakhstan? – We have opened a national anti-doping agency, there is an international WADA system. There was a large laboratory, now it is undergoing re-accreditation, it will be licensed again. Members of the national teams undergo constant testing. Officers of international and national anti-doping organizations go to the competitions. – Is it possible to conditionally divide doping into harmful (prohibited) and necessary? – Probably not. This is a specific classification of substances that are administered in various ways. Therefore, if the drug is on the list, it means it is prohibited. There are cases when an athlete is injured and, for vital indications, drugs that are listed are injected into him. In such cases, when something threatens the life of an athlete, there is a certain form of communication. – If you completely exclude drugs, what can you replace them with? – You don’t have to exclude everything. Most people involved in sports at the initial stage do not use them at all. If they don’t have the motivation to achieve high results, or they don’t have the potential, then they pay money. It would seem that a little less than two weeks have passed since the beginning of the new year, but there have already been changes in anti-doping legislation. Lecturers recommend that you carefully monitor the correction of official documents, because it is the athletes themselves who suffer very much because of this. Records after records

On January 15-16, the Kazakhstan Athletics Championship was held in Ust-Kamenogorsk. This is the second start in which our athletes are competing this year. Having not had time to move away from the recently held Cup, the athletes again entered the arena in order to show high results and prepare for the upcoming Asian Championship in Tehran (February 1-3). Elina Mikhina became one of the clear winners at her “crown” 400 m distance. Compared to the previous competition on January 10-11, the runner from Ridder still managed to run out of 54 seconds, while her rivals are lagging behind with a fairly decent time. Let’s see what happens next, but for now the improvements are clearly noticeable! The competition for our athlete was made up of the winner in the 200 m run Svetlana Golendova from Zhambyl region and Adelina Akhmetova from Karaganda. Running 400 m. Women: 1. Elina Mikhina (East Kazakhstan Region) – 53.74 s 2. Svetlana Golendova (ZHBL) – 54.42 s 3. Adelina Akhmetova (KRG) – 56.22 s The women’s high jump medalists included the “duo” from Semey, Nadezhda Dubovitskaya and Alexandra Krivitskaya, as well as an athlete from Almaty, Kristina Ovchinnikova. At the previous competitions, the girls arranged themselves in exactly the same order, but if the result of the Almaty jumper remained -165 cm, then our high-altitude figures became slightly lower. Dubovitskaya: it was 182 cm, it became 180 cm; Krivitskaya: it was 174, it became 170 cm. But nevertheless, no one can compete with these girls so far. High jump. Women: 1. Nadezhda Dubovitskaya (East Kazakhstan Region) – 180 cm 2. Alexandra Krivitskaya (East Kazakhstan Region) – 170 cm 3. Kristina Ovchinnikova (ALM) – 165 cm Two more athletes from East Kazakhstan region were able to show the best results in the shot put. Olga Khizhnyakova and Erica Kem pleased us with silver and bronze medals, losing first place to Karaganda athlete Ekaterina Nesterova – 13.54 m. Shot put. Women: 1. Ekaterina Nesterova – 13.54 m 2. Olga Khizhnyakova (East Kazakhstan Region) – 12.07 m 3. Erica Kem (East Kazakhstan Region) – 11.32 m Anastasia Zavodina competed in the long jump from the East Kazakhstan region, who managed to break into the top three. This girl is only seventeen years old, and she had to perform with slightly more experienced athletes. Despite this, the result of the jumper from Ust-Kamenogorsk became the third – 5.59 m – this is 12 cm less than that of the nineteen-year-old winner from Temirtau Maria Ovchinnikova. Long jump. Women: 1. Maria Ovchinnikova (KRG) – 5.71 m 2. Lyubov Lebedeva (KRG) – 5.70 m 3. Anastasia Zavodina (East Kazakhstan Region) – 5.59 m As we remember, at the Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the 60 m running, unfortunately, Ustkamenogorsk athlete Oryngul Zkrienova failed to win a prize, it was all the fault of the barrier, which the girl accidentally “hooked” during the final, and eventually finished fifth – 9.17 s. Five days later, speaking at the championship, Zkrienova managed to improve her result – 8.97 s and bring a bronze medal for the East Kazakhstan Region national team. Running 60 m/s. Women: 1. Aigerim Shinazbekova (ALM) – 8.38 s 2. Roksana Ospanova (PVL) – 8.84 s 3. Oryngul Zkrienova (East Kazakhstan region) – 8.97 s Arina Kharlamova, Ekaterina Efremova and bronze medalists of the championship Anastasia Zavodina and Oryngul Zkrienova performed in the 4 200 m relay team from the East Kazakhstan region, together with them a quartet from the Pavlodar region Alexandra Zalyubovskaya, Roksana Ospanova, Veronika Broslavskaya and Valentina Stepankovskaya took the track. The guests managed to finish first with a result of 1:44.58, with a margin of almost three seconds. 4x200m Relay race Women: 1. Kharlamova, Efremova, Zavodina, Zkrienova (East Kazakhstan Region) – 1:47.44 2. Zalyubovskaya, Ospanova, Broslavskaya, Stepankovskaya (PVL) – 1:44.58 Among men, Sergey Zasimovich won the gold medal in the high jump. This athlete had a decent break in his sports career, but Zasimovich got into the right track right away. Roman Loshkarev from Almaty competed with our jumper. Both athletes managed to overcome the 212 cm bar, but Sergey still spent fewer attempts on it. High jump Men: 1. Sergey Zasimovich (East Kazakhstan Region) – 212 cm 2. Roman Loshkarev (ALM) – 212 cm 3. Anton Bondar (South Kazakhstan Region) – 204 cm In the 4-400m relay, the men’s teams were arranged as follows: 1. Maxim Mushtaev, Serey Zaikov, Igor Kondratiev, Rustambek Zhamaldinov (PVL) – 3:18.94 2. Evgeny Arkhipov Vladislav Sutyagin, Alexander Aksyutin, Imanmadi kusmanov (East Kazakhstan Region) – 3:20.46 3. Damir Akhmetov, Nikolai Lentovsky, Vladislav Moiseev, Duman Gabdugaliev (KRG) – 3:21.76 According to the results of the competition in the team competition East Kazakhstan region takes the third place – 23,161 points, Almaty takes the second place – 24,898 points, Karaganda region takes the first place – 27,720 points. Two competitive days gave us not only good results, but also records! In the 4-200m relay, a new Asian record was set – 1:26.70. Karaganda athletes Vladislav Grigoriev, brothers Vyacheslav and Vitaly Zems, and David Efremov managed to “create” a new story. This record has been held for 26 years and was set by the Yokohama team from Japan. Also, David Efremov from Karaganda set a new highest achievement of the Republic of Kazakhstan among juniors – 22.01 in the 200-meter run. The most enduring athlete of Kazakhastan Tatyana Neroznak broke the previous record of Kazakhstan in the 3000 m run, which had been held since the 80s. The time of the athlete from Kostanay region is 9:17.94. Photos from the championship on the website https://flavko.kz/ https://flavko.kz/ Инна Семеняк Источник:https://flavko.kz/

Promising and necessary

Most recently, on January 15-16 at the Athletics center named after Olga Rypakova hosted the Kazakhstan Athletics Championship among adults. Juniors also managed to get on the list of participants. Read more in our review. Alexander Aksyutin – once upon a time, this young man was nicknamed the second Usain Bolt in the walls of the arena, for his long legs, height and desire to be the first. The main distances at which the Ust-Kamenogorsk athlete performs are 200 and 400 m, as well as the surname of Alexander often appears in the relay teams. This time, as expected, Aksyutin competed in the 4-400m relay together with Imanmadi Kusmanov, Vladislav Sutyagin and Evgeny Arkhipov. By the way, the guys performed very well. Athletes from East Kazakhstan Region finished with a result of 3:20.46, winning silver medals. The second sport in the championship of Kazakhstan, in which Alexander competed, was the 60 m run. In the final protocol, the athlete was the 16th among 40 participants of different age categories. – I am not completely satisfied with my performance. – Alexander Aksyutin shared. – I did not show my best result – 7.40 s. Maybe because it’s not my distance. But in the 200 m run, our athlete did not manage to perform at all. Recall that Alexander participated in the sixth race (4 tracks), but, unfortunately, a false start deprived him of the opportunity to compete for the title of the best in this type of competition. Ekaterina Efremova is another young athlete who, thanks to her performance, was included in the list of participants at the recently held national championship. Ekaterina competed in three sports at once: 200 m, 400 m and 4 200 m relay. Seven participants competed in the 200 m, and in the preliminary race Efremova managed to break into the six finalists, leaving behind a twenty-year-old athlete from Pavlodar Irina Parshkova. Together with our runner, Svetlana Golendova, Lyubov Ushakova, Svetlana Kuznetsova, Aidana Tursyn and Alexandra Zalyubovskaya competed in the final race. By the way, it was in this order that the participants took their places. The competition was no less strong in the 200 m race. In addition to Golendova and Ushakova, Elina Mikhina also appeared on the track with Efremova. So, it was immediately clear which of the athletes was competing for prizes. Despite this, Ekaterina made an effort and became the 8th among the 12 participants, but she still failed to make it to the finals this time. The 4-200m relay became the last “touch” for our athletes. Only two teams from East Kazakhstan and Pavlodar region competed. With a score of 1:47.44, the runners from East Kazakhstan Region climbed to the second step of the podium. Anastasia Zavodina – this promising track and field athlete from Ust-Kamenogorsk competed in the long jump. Despite the fact that among the athletes from Kazakhstan, Zavodina’s result was the third – 5.59 m. Nevertheless, it was not possible to “carry away” the award. The fact is that guests from Kyrgyzstan came to the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Anna Bulanova took part in this discipline, who “jumped over” all the participants and won gold with a result of 5.87 m. But, nevertheless, the fact that our young jumper does not lag behind the more experienced Kazakhstani participants gives hope that a little more and it is speaking together with Zavodina that we will have to fight very seriously for the first place. Fortunately, Anastasia did not remain without a medal for her efforts at the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, because together with Efremova, Zakrienova and Kharlamova they took second place in the 4×200 m relay. Elina Mikhina: “My task is to achieve high results”

On January 16, one of the most productive athletes in Kazakhstan, Elina Mikhina, signed an agreement with the professional athletics club Altay Athletics. Elina has been involved in athletics since she was eight years old. Almost like all athletes, she was noticed by a physical education teacher when she was still a child. Then only ten children were selected in the lesson, but later only Mikhina remained. At first, the athlete studied at the Ridder with Anatoly Georgievich Podkorytov until the 11th grade, and after graduating from school she moved to Almaty and moved to another coach Lyubov Ivanovna Nikitineko. Multiple champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Asian champion and medalist, participant of the Asian and Olympic Games, winner of the Asian Indoor Games – all these are the achievements of the newly minted member of the first Kazakhstan professional athletics club. – Elina, do you think that with the advent of the Altay Athletics club, has anything changed in the world of athletics in Kazakhstan? – I don’t know about global changes yet (smiles). I hope that they will be noticeable. This is a new level, and there will definitely be a sporting growth. There will be a lot of investments on our part and on the part of the management. We will train, go to the starts with famous athletes, train with their coaches. I think it will be a big plus, because we will see the world from a different angle. – Just the other day you signed a contract with the club. For how long? Have there been any specific responsibilities? – We signed the contract for six months – until July 1, 2018. My task is to improve results, that is, I have to work hard. If there is no progress, at the end of the term, the contract is terminated. – The club is only a little over two months old, and you became the first of those who received an offer of cooperation. How did you find out that your candidacy was being considered and were you ready? – I learned about the club from Denis Rypakov, later the head of Altay Athletics, Askhat Rashidovich Seisembekov, called me and asked me to send a resume with my achievements. I sent it, after which he said that in January I would be officially enrolled in the club. I think that the mood is not particularly important here (smiles), because you can’t refuse such offers! – Who would you like to see in the club with you? Who do you think is worthy to be a representative of the AltayAthletics Club today? – To be honest, I find it difficult to answer this question. All these issues are decided by the management. Another important and long-awaited event of this winter has already happened. We wish Elina Mikhina success, high achievements and strength! Inna Semenyak A source: https://flavko.kz/
Spectacular and spectacular

Competitions for the prizes of the most productive athletics of Kazakhstan were held in the National Athletics Center. As always, the organizers of the event approached their business very responsibly: a show, a dance, a professional presenter, an ardent mascot, a live broadcast, guests from abroad, as well as sweepstakes, lotteries and a sea of positive emotions were provided to all guests of the holiday. The tradition of inviting foreign athletes is gaining momentum every year. This year, representatives of nine countries came to the international tournament, which cannot but rejoice. We will remind, on the eve of the tournament, a press conference was held within the walls of the Olga Rypakova Center, where athletes managed to get acquainted and get acquainted with each other’s sports achievements before the start ( https://flavko.kz/news/viktoriya-zyabkina-etot-turnir-mojno-oharakterizovat-dvumya-slovami-vostorg-i-drujba). Among the Kazakhstani participants of the competition were athletes from the East Kazakhstan region. By the way, they performed very well. Our athletes have nine medals: two” gold”, four “silver”and three”bronze”. As expected, at a distance of 400 m, Elina Mikhina finished first. For the ridder runner, this start was the third this year. In fact, it was very interesting to see how Elina quickly improved her result in each competition: cup (January 10-11) – 54.04 s; championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan (January 15-16) – 53.74 s; international tournament (January 20) – 53.29 s.progress is obvious. This month, Mikhina became the best in the 400-meter race for the third time and set a new record in these competitions. Ahead on February 1-3, the Asian Championship will be held in the capital of Iran. And one more” gold”, no matter how strange Dubovitskaya’s hopes for a high jump are, I would like to note that this athlete will go to Tehran with Mikhina. Two other jumpers from East Kazakhstan region Elizaveta Matveeva and Alexandra Krivitskaya competed for a resident of Semey. After Dubovitskaya confidently “took”a height of 180 cm, there was no doubt that she would climb to the first step of the pedestal. But the performances of Matveeva and Krivitskaya brought a pinch of “pepper” to these competitions. Until the last moment, it was not clear in what order the athletes were located in the final protocol, since two girls were able to overcome the bar at once at a height of 175 cm. However, at the award ceremony, sixteen-year-old Elizaveta Matveeva became the winner of the silver medal, with little effort, and Alexandra Krivitskaya became the third. Aigerim Shynazbekova, Roxana Ospanova and Oryngul Zkrienova were the obvious contenders for the prizes at the championship of Kazakhstan in the women’s hurdles 60 meters. By the way, it was in this order that the athletes crossed the finish line. As for the results of zkrienova, she, like Mikhina, improved her result with each start. Of course, not so strict, but the sure thing is that it is inevitable. Cup-9.16 s; championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan-8.97 s, international tournament-8.86 s.
