Awarding of athletes and employees of the KSU of the East Kazakhstan region in athletics with diplomas dedicated to the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The award was presented by the deputy head of the Department of Physical Culture and sports of the East Kazakhstan region Kusumbayev Serik Kasenovich.
