The new head of the Department of Physical Culture and sports of the region was Denis Rybakov.
Introducing the new head, akim of the region Danial Akhmetov noted that he is a professional athlete, master of sports, honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Previously, Denis was the director of the regional children’s and youth School of the Olympic Reserve in athletics. He started his career as an instructor of the Directorate of full-time national teams and sports reserve of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Denis is also the wife of Olympic champion Olga Rypakova.
