On March 30–31, the Olga Rypakova Athletics Center hosted open training sessions for physical education teachers from various districts of the East Kazakhstan Region. Coaches from the EKR Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of Athletics, Rashida Lushpay and Lyudmila Peshko, demonstrated training methodologies for hurdles and high jump specifically for training group 3 (UTG-3). Additionally, the teachers had the opportunity to observe Olympic champion Olga Rypakova’s training session and speak with her coach, Sergey Alekseyev, receiving his advice and recommendations on structuring the educational and training process.
