A new highest achievement has been established at the Indoor Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among junior boys and girls U16
On February 11, 2020, the Indoor Championships of the Republic of Kazakhstan among juniors U-20 (2001-2002) and junior boys and girls U16 (2005-2006) started in parallel at the Ust-Kamenogorsk indoor athletics center “Olga Rypakova”.
In the second age category, Arina Gladysheva, a pupil of the East Kazakhstan athletics school, set a new highest achievement of the Kazakhstan U16 Championship. In the 1500-meter run, the young athlete showed a result of 4:34.04. By the way, the last highest achievement has not been updated for 33 years since 1987.
