Today, our athletes returned from the U20 Asian Championships, and a ceremonial welcome was held for Askar Omirzak and Sofya Kidenko.
As a reminder, Askar won a bronze medal, scored 6,774 points, set a new personal best, and achieved the qualifying standard for the World Championships.
Sofya Kidenko competed in the 4×400 m relay as part of the Kazakhstan national team, which won the silver medal with a time of 3:43.63.
