From April 2 to 3, the Open East Kazakhstan Regional Athletics Championship for all age groups was held at the Olga Rypakova Athletics Center. More than 300 athletes from across the region took part in the competition, along with students from general education schools. For many of them, this event became their first serious step into the world of athletics.
On the track and in the field, a real battle unfolded for every second and every centimeter: participants demonstrated strength, endurance, and character, with victories often decided in the final meters of the race. Based on the results of the championship, the regional team will be formed to participate in the Republic of Kazakhstan Championship, which will be held in the city of Shymkent.
The results of the winners and prize-winners of the Open East Kazakhstan Regional Athletics Championship clearly reflected the high level of preparation of the athletes and their стремление toward new achievements.
